R White Merlot Ticino DOC is produced by cold maceration of the grapes, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, ageing on the fine lees for 6 months and 4 months in barriques.
It is a thoroughbred product, with fresh hints of Mediterranean citrus fruits. Good structure, mineral, savoury, intense and fragrant.
Straw yellow.
